How We Clean Your Tile & Grout
We pre-treat your grout lines with a pH-balanced cleaning solution, then use a spinner tool connected to our truck-mounted system to extract embedded dirt and soap residue from tile and grout at the same time.
Tile Types We Clean
Ceramic tile, porcelain tile, travertine, Saltillo, and natural stone. Each surface gets the appropriate pressure and cleaning solution.
Grout Sealing (Add-On)
We also offer grout sealing to protect your freshly cleaned grout. A penetrating sealer soaks into the grout lines. Sealing protects the grout and may extend the time between cleanings, and it’s generally recommended after a professional cleaning. If your grout was sealed recently and the sealer is still holding up, Stephan will tell you.

Hot water extraction is the carpet cleaning method recommended by most major carpet manufacturers, including Shaw and Mohawk. Our truck-mounted system injects hot water and cleaning solution deep into carpet fibers under pressure, then immediately extracts it along with dirt, allergens, pet dander, and stains.
Pet Stain & Odor Treatment (Add-On)
Stephan locates affected areas, using a UV light when needed, and treats them with professional enzyme and odor treatments matched to the situation. Results depend on how old and deep the urine is, and he’ll tell you honestly what to expect before any extra charges.

Upholstery cleaning for sofas, loveseats, recliners, and chairs. Area rug cleaning: most synthetic rugs can typically be cleaned right in your home, and Stephan will recommend the best option for wool, natural-fiber, and delicate rugs. Carpet protector is also available.

Exterior windows are cleaned with a purified water-fed pole system that uses RODI (reverse osmosis deionized) water and reaches second-story windows from the ground. Interior windows are hand-detailed with professional squeegees and microfiber.

Solar panel cleaning is $10 per panel for single-story homes and $15 per panel for two-story homes, using the same purified water system as our windows.

Meet the Owner of Robinson Renew
Hi, I’m Stephan Robinson. Since 2015, I’ve completed more than 3,000 jobs for homeowners in Palm Valley, Estrella, PebbleCreek, Canyon Trails, and across the West Valley. When you call or text, you reach me directly. I give you the estimate myself, and the price I quote is the price you pay. I’m on most jobs myself, and when I bring in help, they’re trained to Robinson Renew standards and use the same equipment. My neighbors have voted Robinson Renew a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite five years running.
Our Process
One Truck. Carpet, Tile & Grout — Done Right.
The same truck-mounted system that cleans carpet also powers the spinner tool for tile and grout. High heat, high suction, and professional-grade solutions, with everything extracted back into the truck.
Pre-Inspection & Pre-Treatment
Stephan inspects the area before starting. A professional-grade pre-spray is applied to loosen embedded soil, grease, and buildup — whether it’s carpet fibers or tile grout lines.
High-Heat Extraction
For carpet, the truck-mounted wand injects hot water deep into fibers and immediately extracts everything back out. For tile, the spinner tool delivers the same high-pressure extraction directly into grout lines.
Final Rinse & Quick Dry
A final rinse pass with extraction removes cleaning solution from the carpet fibers. Carpet typically dries within 24 hours, and Arizona's low humidity usually helps it dry sooner.

We recently moved into a 2-year old home and had Stephan/Robinson Renew clean our tile flooring and carpet.
Stephan was straightforward, professional and made no attempt to upsell us on any additional work or add-one. The price he quotes, which is fair, is the price you pay.
While performing the cleaning he made a concerted effort to protect the walls, doors, etc. to ensure there was no damage caused by the cleaning equipment and hoses.
He worked efficiently and completed the cleaning in the time specified. The tile, grout lines and carpet look fantastic and we will gladly have him back out the next time our flooring needs a thorough cleaning.

He’s come out two different times and both times have been great. Our cat peed on our couch recently and nothing we did was working (BISSELL was used). The smell continued to linger. Stephan came and cleaned the couch, which was basically good as new! We have two dogs and two cats. The rugs have also been through it and now look great. Highly recommend

We've all been there...renting and dealing with the Rug Doctor only to realize a few weeks later you should have had someone with professional tools who knows what they're doing help instead. That's my story and how I found Stephan.
I've TRIED to do everything on my own including scrubbing all of the grout with baking soda and vinegar, to renting Mr. Rug Doctor to clean pet stained carpet all to save a few bucks. Each adventure took tons of time, caused spousal fights (you know what I'm talking about), and the results just weren't worth it.
Stephan has been our flooring savior since, and I'm not joking. We've had him clean our grout and carpeting (both installed and area rugs) multiple times and each time is perfect. And spoiler alert - it will cost you a fraction of what you think it will.
So save the $100 you'd spend on the Rug Doctor, save the chiropractic and massage appointments after weeks of scrubbing grout and give him a call. He'll become an annual visit in keeping your flooring beautiful like he has been for us.
I was hesitant to select someone that I found on Craigslist to seal my grout. However, after I called around getting quotes (from the companies that didn't "need" to see the house first) he blew them all out of the water. Literally less than half the price of other companies. He did excellent work and was super honest-- I had told him 1150 square feet needed to be done and when he measured, it was actually only 950 sq ft; so he charged me the 950 instead of taking advantage of me. The floor looks freaking great too!
