We recently moved into a 2-year old home and had Stephan/Robinson Renew clean our tile flooring and carpet.
Stephan was straightforward, professional and made no attempt to upsell us on any additional work or add-one. The price he quotes, which is fair, is the price you pay.
While performing the cleaning he made a concerted effort to protect the walls, doors, etc. to ensure there was no damage caused by the cleaning equipment and hoses.
He worked efficiently and completed the cleaning in the time specified. The tile, grout lines and carpet look fantastic and we will gladly have him back out the next time our flooring needs a thorough cleaning.

He cleaned over 1000 feet of carpet, another thousand of tile, a couch, a loveseat, ottoman and a 14 x 14 rug and a 12 x12 wool rug.
He spent extra time pre-treating and working diligently on some potty accidents from my foster dogs.

He’s come out two different times and both times have been great. Our cat peed on our couch recently and nothing we did was working (BISSELL was used). The smell continued to linger.
