Pet urine treatment is an add-on to carpet cleaning: Stephan locates the affected areas, using a UV light when needed, applies professional enzyme and odor treatments matched to the situation, and flushes it all out with truck-mounted hot water extraction. Light stains are $35 per room on top of carpet cleaning at $75 per room, and heavier soiling is quoted on-site.

We recently moved into a 2-year old home and had Stephan/Robinson Renew clean our tile flooring and carpet.
Stephan was straightforward, professional and made no attempt to upsell us on any additional work or add-one. The price he quotes, which is fair, is the price you pay.
While performing the cleaning he made a concerted effort to protect the walls, doors, etc. to ensure there was no damage caused by the cleaning equipment and hoses.
He worked efficiently and completed the cleaning in the time specified. The tile, grout lines and carpet look fantastic and we will gladly have him back out the next time our flooring needs a thorough cleaning.
