It's priced per piece — sofas $125, loveseats $100, recliners $75, ottomans $40, dining chairs $20 — with fabric protector at $25 per item, and you can add it to the same visit as your carpet cleaning.

Fabric Inspection
We identify your fabric type and any stains or problem areas. Different fabrics require different cleaning approaches — we adjust our method accordingly.
Pre-Treatment & Extraction
Stains and high-use areas are pre-treated, then truck-mounted hot water extraction deep-cleans the fabric, pulling out embedded dirt, allergens, pet dander, and odors.
Final Review & Drying
Final inspection of all treated areas. Upholstery usually dries quickly, and Arizona's low humidity helps.
