Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Stephan Robinson
I started Robinson Renew in Goodyear in 2015, and I’ve been cleaning tile and grout, carpet, and windows across the West Valley ever since: more than 3,000 jobs and counting.
When you call or text, you reach me directly. I give you the estimate myself, and the price I quote is the price you pay. I’m on most jobs myself, and when I bring in help, they’re trained to Robinson Renew standards and use the same equipment.
Every floor is different, so I look at yours before deciding how to clean it. If your grout sealer is still holding up, I’ll tell you. I only recommend what your floors actually need.
I’m IICRC certified in stone and tile, fully insured, and honored that my neighbors have voted Robinson Renew a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite every year since 2022.

What Homeowners Say

Our go to is and always will be Robinson renew! He is professional, punctual, and does excellent work.
Robinson Renew has been amazing! If I could give more stars I would. We’ve used his services for years and we are always 100% satisfied. Pricing is great, scheduling is a breeze, and he’s always on time, trustworthy and reliable. Definitely recommend him for carpet cleaning, grout cleaning, etc.
Stephan at Robinson Renew was great to work with. When we first called he was timely in his response, provided a detailed bid, and then completed the work all within 3 days. We had him clean carpets as well as clean and seal tile and his work left our house refreshed and feeling new again. We will definitely use this company again.
I highly recommend Robinson Renew Carpet and Tile, they are extremely professional and very knowledgeable about their services. They offer great customer service and I would use them in the future when needed.
We recently moved into a 2-year old home and had Stephan/Robinson Renew clean our tile flooring and carpet.
Stephan was straightforward, professional and made no attempt to upsell us on any additional work or add-one. The price he quotes, which is fair, is the price you pay.
While performing the cleaning he made a concerted effort to protect the walls, doors, etc. to ensure there was no damage caused by the cleaning equipment and hoses.
He worked efficiently and completed the cleaning in the time specified. The tile, grout lines and carpet look fantastic and we will gladly have him back out the next time our flooring needs a thorough cleaning.
We highly recommend Stephan and Robinson Renew!
Let me start with saying Stephan was AWESOME to work with from his initial response to after all services were completed. … During the visit he was polite, professional, patient and answered every question I had and explained everything in detail. Never rushed through anything. … The services made things look BRAND NEW!!!!!!!. Could not believe it. … Following the services Stephan also reached out a few days later to ask if everything was okay. … If I could give more than Five stars I would.
