53 Five-Star Reviews from Goodyear Homeowners

Stephan worked hard to clean our tile after we bought a house that had been a rental for years. What a difference.

Prompt and courteous!

Stephan from Robinson Renew does PHENOMENAL work! He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly focused on providing outstanding customer service. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. He treated pet stains in our carpet, and they completely disappeared and have never returned!

I HIGHLY recommend Robinson Renew to anyone looking for professional carpet and tile cleaning. If you’re looking for quality work and excellent customer service, Stephan is the person to call!

We recently moved into a 2-year old home and had Stephan/Robinson Renew clean our tile flooring and carpet.

Stephan was straightforward, professional and made no attempt to upsell us on any additional work or add-one. The price he quotes, which is fair, is the price you pay.

While performing the cleaning he made a concerted effort to protect the walls, doors, etc. to ensure there was no damage caused by the cleaning equipment and hoses.

He worked efficiently and completed the cleaning in the time specified. The tile, grout lines and carpet look fantastic and we will gladly have him back out the next time our flooring needs a thorough cleaning.

We highly recommend Stephan and Robinson Renew!

Excellent service. Stephan was professional and efficient. My tile flooring looked better than new!

Ten out of ten experience. I reached out to a handful of local carpet cleaners and decided to go with Robinson Renew. I am confident I made the best decision. Robinson Renew did a fantastic and timely job. They went the extra mile to solve a couple deep stains and were a pleasure to work with. You can be confident you're making the best decision when you choose Robinson Renew. I'll use them again to clean up a couple more carpets in my home soon.

We are so impressed with the job Stephan did on our tile and grout! The floors look absolutely amazing—like new again. You can really see the difference, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Stephan was not only professional and thorough, he is so kind! It's clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. We'll definitely be keeping his number handy for future cleanings and will gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality tile cleaning company. Thank you, Stephan!

He’s come out two different times and both times have been great. Our cat peed on our couch recently and nothing we did was working (BISSELL was used). The smell continued to linger. Stephan came and cleaned the couch, which was basically good as new! We have two dogs and two cats. The rugs have also been through it and now look great. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend Robinson Renew Carpet and Tile Cleaning highly enough! Stephen did an incredible job removing all the pet and teenage stains from our carpets, and the grout in our tile looks brand new, like when we moved in two years ago. Robinson was professional, courteous, pleasant, and extremely hardworking. He was kind, caring, and took the time to ensure everything was perfect. His rates were very reasonable, and we will definitely be having him back to clean the carpets upstairs. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality carpet and tile cleaning service, look no further!

Please support small businesses.

Stephan cleaned the windows on my home today. Very professional. Everything looks better when you have nice, clean windows. I will be calling him back next time I need to have them done. It is nice to have someone reliable these days, and the price was reasonable, too.

Stephen the owner operator of Robinson Renew responded quickly to my inquiry!

He cleaned over 1000 feet of carpet, another thousand of tile, a couch, a loveseat, ottoman and a 14 x 14 rug and a 12 x12 wool rug.

He spent extra time pre-treating and working diligently on some potty accidents from my foster dogs.

It’s so amazing to have my tile and grout looking brand new, especially in the kitchen. No more dog spots either! In the fall after the monsoons, I’m going to have him to all of my windows. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+++++

We hired Robinson Renew to clean the interior and exterior of our windows and what a fabulous job Stephen did! I awoke to the shiniest most sparkly windows ever! … It's amazing and well worth the price! Couldn't be happier! His company also cleans tile and carpet. I may never clean a window again!!!

Our go to is and always will be Robinson renew! He is professional, punctual, and does excellent work.

Stephan at Robinson Renew was great to work with. When we first called he was timely in his response, provided a detailed bid, and then completed the work all within 3 days. We had him clean carpets as well as clean and seal tile and his work left our house refreshed and feeling new again. We will definitely use this company again.

Stephan is great. Exceptional service. And competitive pricing.

What really sets Stephan apart is his communication. He's reliable, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. It's refreshing to find someone who takes such pride in his work and makes the entire process easy. Stephan is always our first call whenever we need these services, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for quality work from someone they can trust!

Had my floors and carpets cleaned in the 85395 area and couldn’t be happier! He did an awesome job — super friendly, professional, and the place looks amazing. Prices were really reasonable too. Definitely recommend him for carpet and tile cleaning!

I would attach pictures but I didn’t get before shots!

I’m so impressed with how clean and refreshed my tile and grout look! Stephen was knowledgeable, friendly, and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend!

Stephan is very personable, punctual, and the floor looks great. Would recommend him for tile floor cleaning. I had over 1,000 sq feet of tile cleaned and sealed this week. I am satisfied with how beautiful my floors look!

Fantastic job! Couch looked next to new after cleaning and took no time at all!

Let me start with saying Stephan was AWESOME to work with from his initial response to after all services were completed. … During the visit he was polite, professional, patient and answered every question I had and explained everything in detail. Never rushed through anything. … The services made things look BRAND NEW!!!!!!!. Could not believe it. … Following the services Stephan also reached out a few days later to ask if everything was okay. … If I could give more than Five stars I would.

We really appreciated Stephan and Jonathan's pro job on our carpets over the years! Super quality work for an amazing price. Thank you!

Stephan came out on a very short notice and did an amazing job with cleaning our tile and area rug.

Super friendly and professional experience.

Can definitely recommend for all your cleaning needs

Robinson Renew did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet, tile, and sealing my grout. Stephen was very professional and quick to respond.

I highly recommend him for any of your floor care needs.

Stephan has been cleaning the carpet on my stairs for a while now and he always does a very neat job. It’s day and night difference every time he does. Very professional and great customer service.

His service was wonderful. We will be hiring him every single time we need our windows cleaned. There was one spot that we mentioned to him and he was right on it and came back to clean with no hesitation. I would recommend him every time.

We organized another company to come clean our lower floor and the company completely flaked after we had already moved all of our furniture and vacuumed everything! I called Stephan after I saw his great google reviews and he made time to help us out last minute! He was very professional and cleaned our house in a timely manner and did an excellent job! The last company we used a year ago left a lot of soap residue on the carpet - Stephan was able to get our carpets looking brighter and removed a lot stains from our 20 year old original carpets. I will definitely be using Robinson Renew Carpet Cleaning in the near future to do our upper floor carpet too! Thank you so much Stephan!

We recently used Robinson Renew for upholstery cleaning on both our home couch and our son's couch, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, booking the appointment was incredibly easy, and the team was very accommodating with our schedule. Robinson Renew has been in business for over 10 years, and it clearly shows in their expertise and professionalism.

The owner was knowledgeable, explaining the process and answering all of our questions with ease. They worked efficiently, and both couches looked as good as new by the time they were done! The pricing was fair and transparent, which made the whole experience even better.

If you're looking for a reliable and skilled upholstery cleaning service, I highly recommend Robinson Renew. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Robinson Renew has been amazing! If I could give more stars I would. We’ve used his services for years and we are always 100% satisfied. Pricing is great, scheduling is a breeze, and he’s always on time, trustworthy and reliable. Definitely recommend him for carpet cleaning, grout cleaning, etc.

Dirty tile, grout or carpet? Call Robinson Renew! Prompt, courteous and honest pricing. Years of dirt was removed from my tile, even though I regularly use a steam mop and cleaners, it really got a scrubbing with a professional machine, grout looks great too!

Great job!!! Good Price! We'll, be using them again!!!

Have used Robinson Renew multiple times for carpet as well as upholstery cleaning. He is very professional, clean cut, and reliable. Would absolutely recommend him!

Stephan does a great job, for a good price. … Highly recommend.

Great job. Fair pricing.

We've all been there...renting and dealing with the Rug Doctor only to realize a few weeks later you should have had someone with professional tools who knows what they're doing help instead. That's my story and how I found Stephan.

I've TRIED to do everything on my own including scrubbing all of the grout with baking soda and vinegar, to renting Mr. Rug Doctor to clean pet stained carpet all to save a few bucks. Each adventure took tons of time, caused spousal fights (you know what I'm talking about), and the results just weren't worth it.

Stephan has been our flooring savior since, and I'm not joking. We've had him clean our grout and carpeting (both installed and area rugs) multiple times and each time is perfect. And spoiler alert - it will cost you a fraction of what you think it will.

So save the $100 you'd spend on the Rug Doctor, save the chiropractic and massage appointments after weeks of scrubbing grout and give him a call. He'll become an annual visit in keeping your flooring beautiful like he has been for us.

I was hesitant to select someone that I found on Craigslist to seal my grout. However, after I called around getting quotes (from the companies that didn't "need" to see the house first) he blew them all out of the water. Literally less than half the price of other companies. He did excellent work and was super honest-- I had told him 1150 square feet needed to be done and when he measured, it was actually only 950 sq ft; so he charged me the 950 instead of taking advantage of me. The floor looks freaking great too!
